The Wet Paint Art Group is a collection of artists, from Comox to Campbell River, who happen to be friends. The name comes from the group's philosophy: to encourage and inspire each other to experiment and explore new styles, approaches, and genres in art. 

In 2014, they decided to put on a show of their recent work in a lovely garden at Saratoga Beach. It was a delightful and successful weekend for the group...and so began the Wet Paint Art Group and their debut to the general public. In addition to their summer shows, the group have exhibited in galleries in Comox, Campbell River, and Parksville.

The Wet Paint Art Group continues to paint together weekly, learning from each other and through workshops. While the styles and artistic direction of the artists may change and evolve, the friendship, support, and inspiration within the group remains constant.
